All our bags are food grade, hence no return or refund, or exchange, once goods are sent out. We urge you to check your order confirmation before payment.

If Buyer wants to dispute an issue after receiving goods, an unedited clear video must be provided, must visibly show (i) the external packaging, (ii) the condition of the goods upon opening, and (iii) the handover at the agreed address. Video starts from deliveryman handover to Buyer, to opening, to showing the disputed issue clearly; damage, missing items, etc. In the event of a dispute regarding non-delivery, damage, or missing items, such video evidence will be deemed conclusive, unless the Buyer can provide stronger contradictory evidence. Absence of such a video may limit the Buyer’s ability to claim for damages or shortages.

* 1 hour refers to the time after payment is successfully received, to reaching Buyer's given address. It is only a reference time for delivery, an not to be taken literally.
Delivery time might take longer than advertised, and is still subject to distance between receiving location and sender location, traffic conditions, weather conditions, driving/riding ability of deliveryman, and all unforeseen circumstances.

Receiver is responsible for providing accurate receiving address and local receiver phone number. If receiver wishes to change receiving location, after goods are sent out, receiver has to perform this change with the deliveryman. Sender is not liable to contact deliveryman, even if sender called for the delivery service. Sender is not liable from any damage or missing of goods, resulted from the change of receiving location.
