Purchased Items

1. Purchased vacuum seal bags if opened from its outer packing cannot be returned or refunded.

2. If outer packing is torn or damaged, it will not be refunded.

3. All machines carry a 14 days warranty from date of purchase. Unless agreed by buyer at a reduced price, warranty will not apply.

1. Used bags cannot be returned and must be charged.

2. All on-site services carry a 1500 baht charge, bags not included.
